Shipping Policy
Shipping is FREE on all orders from Australia, the USA, the Phillipines, Canada, and Mexico

For all other countries world-wide, we charge a standard shipping fee of $10.00 USD.

Standard delivery generally takes 7-14 business days. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel in transit.
Return & Exchange Policy
Red Bird Moments Store will exchange or refund goods purchased, provided the goods are unused, have not been washed, and are in their original packaging.

You must contact Red Bird Moments Store within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us if you wish to exchange or have your order refunded. You will then be emailed instructions on how to complete your return and to obtain the return address.

All return shipping is done at your own expense and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Red Bird Moments Store takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied.
